Statistical Process Control (SPC)-- tracked
by our quality personnel and our production operators. This allows us to
adjust back within tolerance any process deviations before a significant
number of non-conforming parts have been run. The result:
increased part consistency and reduced
waste.
Product and Process Traceability
Documentation-- every run of every part is documented.
Total Quality Management (TQM)-- every Poly-Tek
employee is involved in and commited to our TQM effort.
Material Conformance Certifications and Test
Reports

required in many
cases for government or defense products. We have the capability to
provide these.
Corrective Action
Programs
-- when a problem does
occur, a corrective action program is initiated to ensure rapid
resolution.
